Der robuste und äußerst zuverlässige INS-Sensor, in zylindrischen Gehäusen mit Größen M8, M12, M18 und M30 aus Edelstahl oder vernickeltem Messing. Diese Sensoren sind extrem genau und sind für die berührungslose Erkennung von metallischen Objekten in einem Abstand von bis zu 40 mm geeignet, dem größten auf dem Markt erhältlichen Messabstand für einen induktiven Sensor. Das leistungsstarke Design von INS ist die ideale Lösung für anspruchsvolle, in der Industrie typische Installationsbedingungen. Das umweltfreundliche Hochleistungs-Vergussmaterial schützt die elektronischen Komponenten und bietet eine höhere Zuverlässigkeit mit einer höheren Widerstandsfähigkeit gegen mechanischen Belastungen und Vibrationen. Die induktiven Näherungssensoren haben einen bis zu 3-fachen Arbeitsabstand gegenüber dem Standard, der es erlaubt, den Sensor in einem größeren Abstand zu einem Metallobjekt zu positionieren. Das Ergebnis ist eine längere Lebensdauer des Sensors, insbesondere wenn das Metallobjekt größere Toleranzen aufweist, der Sensor ist gut geschützt. Die Sensoren entsprechen der Schutzart IP67, und die mechanische Konstruktion des hinteren Teils gewährleistet eine hervorragende Abdichtung gegen das Eindringen von Wasser und Feuchtigkeit. Dank des eingebauten Mikrocontrollers werden alle Sensoren einzeln kompensiert, um einen wiederholbaren und hochgenauen Betrieb über den gesamten Temperaturbereich zu gewährleisten, so dass der Erfassungsbereich zwischen -25 und +70°C liegt. /

These sensors are extremely accurate and are suitable for non-contact detection of metallic objects at a distance of up to 40 mm, the largest measuring distance available on the market for an inductive sensor. INS' high-performance design is the ideal solution for demanding installation conditions typical in industry. The environmentally friendly high performance potting material protects the electronic components and provides higher reliability with greater resistance to mechanical stress and vibration. The inductive proximity sensors have up to 3 times the working distance of the standard, which allows the sensor to be positioned at a greater distance from a metal object. The result is a longer sensor life, especially when the metal object has larger tolerances, the sensor is well protected. The sensors are IP67 rated, and the mechanical design of the rear part ensures excellent sealing against water and moisture ingress. Thanks to the built-in microcontroller, all sensors are individually compensated to ensure repeatable and highly accurate operation over the entire temperature range, so that the detection range is between -25 and +70°C.
