Mit dem Electro Crimper EC 65 können eine Vielzahl von verschiedenen Kontakten verpresst werden. Der Pressvorgang wird über einen Fußschalter ausgelöst. Dadurch sind beide Hände frei zum Einlegen von Leiter und Kontakt. Über einen zusätzlichen zweistufigen Betriebsmodus kann der Kontakt vor dem Crimpvorgang fixiert werden. Dies erleichtert die Verarbeitung von komplexen Crimpkontakten und vermeidet Fehlcrimpungen. Mit einem zusätzlichen Locator wird der Kontakt immer optimal positioniert. Der Öffnungsweg der Gesenke ist in 5 Stufen einstellbar. Ein Gesenkwechsel ist einfach und erfolgt mit wenigen Handgriffen. Für individuelle Anforderungen fertigen wir Crimpgesenke nach Kundenwunsch. Zur Qualitätssicherung wird auf Anfrage ein Schnittbild des vercrimpten Kontaktes erstellt. /
The Electric Crimper EC 65 allows crimping a wide variety of different contacts. The crimping process can be released by a foot switch. Both hands are free to insert the contact into the crimping die. The contact can be retained before crimping process starts just by selecting the additional two-step operating mode. This simplifies the processing of complex crimp contacts and avoids faulty crimps. The width of the opening of the die is adjustable in 5 steps. The die can be easily changed with just a few hand movements. For individual requirements, we manufacture crimping dies to customer's specifications. On request we create a sectional view of the crimped contact for quality assurance.
