Der pneumatische Crimper PC 65 verpresst verschiedenste Typen von Kontakten. Der Crimpvorgang wird über einen Fußschalter ausgelöst. Dadurch sind die Hände frei, um Leiter und Kontakt einzulegen. Über den zweistufigen Betriebsmodus kann der Kontakt vor dem Crimpen fixiert werden. Komplexe Kontakte werden so leicht und fehlerfrei verarbeitet. Wiederkehrende Einstellwerte können über das PC 65 Touch Panel in einer Datenbank abgespeichert werden. Die Crimpkraft und die Schließbewegung der Gesenke überwachen Druck- und Wegmesssensoren. Bei Abweichungen wird der Crimpvorgang unterbrochen und eine Störmeldung im Display angezeigt. Eine gleichbleibend gute Crimpqualität ist somit gesichert. Der Tragegriff und das geringe Gewicht machen den PC 65 zu einem perfekten Werkzeug für viele Arbeits-plätze. Die Gesenke werde7n mit wenigen Handgriffen einfach gewechselt. Neben einer großen Anzahl
an Standard-Gesenken sind auch Spezialanfertigungen möglich. /
The PC 65 pneumatic crimping machine presses a wide range of contacts.The crimping process is actuated via a foot switch. This leaves the operator’s hands free to insert the conductor and contact. The contact can be fixed before the crimping process via the two-step operating mode. Even complex contacts can thus be processed easily and precisely. Frequently used settings can be stored in a database via the PC 65’s touch panel. Pressure and displacement sensors monitor the crimping force and the closing movement of the dies. In case of deviations, the crimping process is interrupted and a fault message is shown on the display. This ensures a consistently high crimping quality. The carrying handle and lightweight construction make the PC 65 the perfect tool for a wide range of workstations. The dies can be easily changed in a few simple steps. In addition to a large number of standard dies, special designs are also possible.
