Die Zuführeinheit TF 65 ist eine sehr flexible Erweiterung des PC 65. Durch die Steckanschlüsse und dem werkzeuglosen Umbau ist der PC 65 in Sekundenschnelle mit einem automatischen Bandvorschub für
isolierte Kontakte ausgestattet. Der TF 65 transportiert den Kontakt und positioniert ihn im Crimpgesenk
und garantiert dadurch eine schnelle und sichere Verarbeitung. Die Drucküberwachung des PC 65 qualifiziert den Crimp-Prozess. Gegenüber Handzangen wird die Verarbeitungszeit deutlich reduziert.
Das einfache und schnelle Andocken des TF 65 macht den PC 65 universell und sehr schnell wieder bereit für Einzelkontakte, für die eine sehr große Auswahl an Crimpgesenken verfügbar ist. /
The TF 65 feeding unit is a highly flexible expansion for the PC 65. Thanks to the plug-in connections and tool-free conversion, the PC 65 can be equipped with an automatic belt feed for insulated contacts within seconds. The TF 65 transports the terminal and positions it in the crimp die and thus guarantees fast and reliable processing. The pressure monitoring system in the PC 65 safeguards the quality of the crimping process. Compared to manual crimping tools, the processing time is significantly reduced. The simple and fast docking of the TF 65 allows rapid set-up and makes the PC 65 universally suitable for single contacts, for which a wide range
